"Dear Doctor. I think I am stressed but symptoms on google are too many pages for my floundering brain. Can you help me?"
A: Dear child, stress is but a temporary sensation. It grabs you in its large jaws and shakes you about vigorously - not unlike, say, an alligator, then places your feet upon the ground, where you shall stagger. Engripped in the clamps of stress makes you unable to comprehend and makes your tummy tingle with a gnawing ache. Copious amounts of tea become your best friend. Tears appear with moderately alarming regularity. Chocolate is your chum. (But sometimes makes your stomach churn with greater zest)
