tell me.

I love reading peoples blogs and seeing this incredible honesty, this section of their mind and thoughts that you know you'd never hear coming out of their mouth. its always easier to write stuff then to say it; to say it is so confronting: all you senses react at once. If someone says someone confronting to you, you can cry you can laugh. you can have an expression of shocked disbelief, and that person, who opened up their heart to say whatever they had to say, can see it. they can see how they made you feel.
now, maybe thats a good thing? i dont know ey, subtleties seem to form a huge part of life. being blatant and obvious is so effing passe, and i wish it wasnt.
as a girl, i know i, and my friends, we sift through old messages, analyse the amount of 'x's at the end of the text. the content, the punctuation. what does it all mean? do boys do it too? do they show friends funny texts, or texts that can have so many meanings. i wish, just for one day, i could see what guys do; what they talk about and how they act, without girls around. the biggest mystery in life is: what do boys do at sleepovers? apparently they play cod, and talk about girls and their boobs. but thats just speculation. no girl knows for sure, and no boy will tell

"Only when the last tree
Has been cut down
And the last river
Has dried to a trickle
Will man finally realise
That we cannot eat money
And reciting old proverbs
Makes you sound like a twat “
(Banksy)
